Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due back to you will be refunded.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, measurements and other information on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting and manufacturing process.
Some products may also have minor variations resulting from printing, manufacturing or finishing processes.
Minor variations do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, materially not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
6. FOOTBALL-INSPIRED PRODUCTS
Terrace Cartel Ltd sells products inspired by football, football culture, clubs, teams, players, locations and competitions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Terrace Cartel Ltd should not be assumed to be officially affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or commercially connected with any football club, league, governing body, player or other organisation merely because that club, organisation or subject is referenced in connection with a product.
Where a product is officially licensed or produced with permission, this may be identified separately where appropriate.

8. TERRACE CARTEL CONTENT
Unless otherwise stated, original Terrace Cartel branding, designs, photographs, graphics, text, website content and other material created and owned by Terrace Cartel Ltd belong to Terrace Cartel Ltd or are used under an applicable right or licence.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, commercially exploit or use Terrace Cartel-owned content without our permission except where permitted by law.
Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
9. PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or at checkout.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are accurate.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.
You will be given the opportunity to proceed at the correct price where appropriate or cancel the affected product/order.
Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel it and refund any amount paid for the affected item.
10. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using a payment method offered through our checkout.
Terrace Cartel uses WooPayments and may offer payment services provided or facilitated by companies including:

Available payment methods may change.

11. STOCK AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Occasionally, a product shown as available may become unavailable or a stock discrepancy may occur.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we may contact you regarding an alternative where appropriate or cancel and refund the unavailable item.
12. CUSTOM-MADE, PERSONALISED & PRINTED PRODUCTS
Certain Terrace Cartel products may be custom-made, personalised or printed specifically to your requirements.

Different cancellation and return rules may apply to genuinely custom-made or personalised products.
13. FINAL PROOF APPROVAL
Where applicable, Terrace Cartel will provide you with a final proof for approval before production and/or dispatch of a custom-made, personalised or printed product.
It is your responsibility to carefully check the final proof before approving it.

- Spelling
- Wording
- Numbers
- Dates
- Colours
- Positioning
- Personalisation
- Design details
- Any other information supplied by you
By approving the final proof, you confirm that you have checked the information and design shown and authorise Terrace Cartel to proceed with production.
14. ERRORS APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER
Please check your final proof carefully.
Terrace Cartel cannot normally accept a return or refund solely because of a spelling mistake, wording error, incorrect name, incorrect number or other customer-supplied error where that information was clearly displayed on the final proof and you approved it before production.
Once you approve a proof and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

We will try to assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that production can be stopped or changed.
This does not affect your rights where the finished product is faulty, damaged, materially different from the approved proof due to our error or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.
15. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIAL
Where you ask Terrace Cartel to reproduce or incorporate an image, logo, photograph, wording, design or other material supplied by you, you confirm that you have the appropriate right or permission to ask us to use that material for your order.
You must not knowingly ask us to reproduce material where doing so would unlawfully infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to refuse a customisation request where we reasonably believe fulfilling it would be unlawful or infringe another person’s rights.
16. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Eligible standard products purchased online may be subject to statutory cancellation rights.
For qualifying UK distance purchases, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving eligible goods to tell us that they wish to cancel.
After notifying us of cancellation, the goods must then be returned within the applicable statutory period.

17. CUSTOM PRODUCTS & CHANGE OF MIND
The normal change-of-mind cancellation right does not generally apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Custom-made, personalised or printed products made specifically for you therefore cannot generally be returned simply because:
- You changed your mind
- You no longer require the product
- You approved incorrect spelling
- You approved an incorrect name
- You approved an incorrect number
- You approved wording that you later decided you did not want
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged, not as described, materially different from the approved proof due to our error or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.
18. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Products supplied by Terrace Cartel must comply with applicable UK consumer law.
Where applicable, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

19. REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required.
Banks, card issuers and third-party payment providers may require additional processing time after Terrace Cartel has issued a refund.
20. UK DELIVERY
Our main delivery provider is Royal Mail, although other couriers may be used from time to time.
For UK orders over £10, we provide:

Next Day Delivery — additional £6

21. DELIVERY CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE PRIORITY PROCESSING
Delivery charges are for the delivery service after dispatch.
Paying for Tracked 24, Next Day Delivery or another upgraded postage service does not purchase faster picking, packing, printing, production or order processing.
Terrace Cartel does not offer a priority picking and packing service.
All orders go through our normal fulfilment process regardless of the postage option selected.
The upgraded delivery service begins once the order is ready and has been handed to the courier.
A faster postage service means faster courier delivery after dispatch — not faster processing before dispatch.
22. CUT-OFF TIMES & DISPATCH DAYS
Our normal weekday cut-off time is:
1:00 PM (13:00 UK time)
The cut-off time does not guarantee same-day dispatch.
Terrace Cartel normally dispatches orders:
Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We do not normally dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
Custom-made, personalised and printed products may require additional production and proof-approval time.
23. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
European delivery is charged at:
£19.99 per order
Delivery to destinations outside the UK and Europe is charged at:
£27.99 per order
These rates apply regardless of order size, subject to restrictions or exceptions displayed at checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier, local postal network and customs procedures.
24. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Terrace Cartel Ltd does not pay customs duties, import VAT, local taxes or other import charges on your behalf.
International orders may be subject to:

- Local taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Courier handling charges
- Other import costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
